0/C Kowloon Public Mortuary. On 24th March I did p.m. on body of Hau 3hek Po. X Identified by Lo Tang Kiu & P.C.C. 373. Externally crescent shaped incised wound 4" lonɛ & 14" deep on left side of top of head. Incised wound 3" long & 1" deep on left side of back of head. Incised wound 31" long & 1" deep to left of external occipital protuberance. Incised wound 3" long & 3" deep on front of top of head to right of mid line. Superficial wounds on back of left middle finger on left index finger & between left middle & index fingers. They were ama 11 superficial incised wounds. Bruises & abrasions on right side of trunk, on left thigh & below right knee. Wounds could have been caused by such a weapon as this chopper (Exb.K). Cause of death was deep incised wounds of head & haemorrhage. Deceased was not a healthy man. His spleen was enlarged but was intact. If men in best of health had been left with such wounds & without proper attention for 5 or 6 hours haemorrhage would have caused death. Wounds could not have been caused by a blunt instrument.

xxd. Macnamara.

One wound la 4" long & 14" deep. The others are " deep.

If wounds had been promptly treated he would have had a better chance. If he had been promptly & properly treated he would not have died.

re-xd. Murphy.

The larger arteries would have had to be clipped. Bandaging along would not have stopped haemorrhage.

LÂM SHIU KHÔNG. dd. xd. Murphy
